How often and when is trash collected from residents?

Trash collection hours are between 6pm and 8pm Sunday through Thursday, with an additional option of weekend service upon request.

What items do our valets collect from residents?

valets will only take what is placed inside the trash can. They do not take excess bags of trash from the hallway. Additionally, they do not collect bulk trash or haul away junk like old furniture, appliances, or televisions.

Do residents need to provide their own trash cans and bags?

MCS will provide the trash cans at no extra cost.  Properties may also request a trash can mat for each of their units.

What if my property isn't fully leased?

MCS offers a pro-rata billing model for new apartments, where the payment scales with the number of leased units. Initially, properties pay only for occupied units, and as tenancy increases, billing adjusts accordingly over the year
